TS ERP (hereinafter referred to as this Application) strictly abides by all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China) and follows the following privacy protection principles to provide you with more secure, accurate, high-quality, and reliable services. This Application will use and disclose your personal privacy in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and will attach great importance to treating this information.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this App will not disclose or provide this information to any third party without your prior permission. This App will periodically update its Privacy Policy. When you agree to our Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this App Service Agreement.

As stated in the Amazon Developer Services Agreement , this app collects personal data from end users and adheres to the following guidelines:

This app does not engage in malicious or fraudulent behavior and does not violate users' privacy rights:

This application does not abuse the network or device, including taking throttling measures on the user's network.
This app does not contain malicious hacks (such as phishing or Trojan horses) and does not contain cracked content within the app or its metadata. Cracked content includes but is not limited to rooting devices, circumventing Amazon's or any developer's Digital Rights Management (DRM) software, and illegal torrents, emulators, and downloaders.
This app does not include antivirus functionality.
This app does not include apps from financial institutions.
This app does not misuse customers' personally identifiable information or sensitive personal information.
Apps must not contain or depict malicious tracking or stalking functionality, or surreptitiously collect data or device usage information, such as surveillance or spyware apps. Apps that offer tracking and reporting features clearly described in marketing and designed for home monitoring or enterprise management are permitted, provided the app does not provide users with misleading information about such features, displays a persistent notification about such features and a distinctive icon clearly identifying the app, and does not activate or access features that violate this policy, such as linking to non-compliant APKs outside the Amazon Appstore.

Examples of privacy and security violations

The following are examples of apps that violate Amazon's privacy and security policies:

The app collects users' personal information without their consent, uses that information in ways the user hasn't consented to, or sells that information to another party without the user's consent.
The app accesses the user's contact information, but the contact information is not required to provide the app's services.
The app accesses the user's personal information to support unprovided functionality.
Apps that mimic a specific bank's app but are not official apps from that bank.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this policy, on our website, and in other places we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who has access to that information, and under what circumstances we will disclose it.
